Bought this product from Amazon and received within 3 days. Great service. Memory card is also quite good, it's a 16GB Class 6 SDHC card and I got it for my new Canon Rebel XSi DSLR Camera to save the images in RAW format. RAW file size is huge, around 16MB for 1 photo. So with this card I can comfortably take 1000 pics without formatting. As it is a class 6 SDHC card, camera read/write speed is also fast. Another great stuff is the card reader. I am using MacBook Aluminum and it doesn't have in built card reader. So this external card reader is great help for me. I don't have to connect the camera with USB cable with MacBook. Just pull the SDHC card, put it in card reader and plug the card reader into the USB port of MacBook. Then iPhoto or Adobe Lightroom instantly detect the storage and transfer it fast.

I bought this additional memory for my Blackberry Curve 8310. No problems in adding media files. The micro sdhc fits perfectly with the adapter (no problems with the reader). The reader is a special bonus. When I tried reading the media card using the adapter in my pc, the computer couldn't read it. Apparently I had to update my drivers since I have a Vista 64-bit computer. After the update, everything was easy.

Customer Review: Loads of space, but there might be a problem.....
I have been using this card in my Canon Powershot SD790IS. I have a card reader in my computer and have been taking the card out of the camera and reading it directly, not using the download cable. After about 1 1/2 months, I have had a problem with the camera saying the card is locked. I take the card out and make sure it is NOT locked and insert it again. The camera will now write to the card. This is annoying and I hope it is NOT a defect in the card. We shall see with time, but I plan on using the download cable and not removing the card from the camera. From a price and space standpoint it was really good. If anyone else has this problem, just chime in. I will follow up later to let everyone know if this problem is still occuring.

This drive has worked without problem for the month I've owned it. I use it for backup of documents and some Utility programs and it gives me a handy way to carry these files to other computers. I would have rated it a 5 if it were a little faster although, for my needs the speed is adequate, the price is great.

I have 1 GB Kingston DataTraveler which has worked reliably for a long time. The only problem was getting the right software to use it on a Win98 computer - XP computers do not require any extra software.

Regarding the cap which some reviews think is a negative, I disagree. I've never lost one - you can after all put it on the back of the drive. It keeps the business end fully protected when not in use or in my pocket and it does not have the potential mechanical problems that might develop with the retractable design.

Purchased for my Blackberry Bold. I have not stored an videos on it yet, but it works perfectly with all of my music. People complain of the speed, but it is perfect for music on a phone. I sync'd 7GB in about 20 minutes. I find that quick enough for me. Like all memory, prices fluctuate. Track this on Amazon and buy it when the price dips.

Forget USB thumb-drives! Get one of these MicroSDHC cards, which are more like "thumb-NAIL" drives.
I would have rated it five stars, but I know a 32-GB version will be released soon. However, 16-GB is plenty for my usage.
I use this in my Verizon Boulder GZ'one cell phone and it works fine. Even though the 16-GB MicroSDHC card I got is a Class-2 (as opposed to Class 4 or 6) the speed seems quite sufficient. I have over 10-GB of MP3 music already stored on my card and I have not had any problems.
I can listen to my music through my phone, or with an almost-as-tiny USB-reader (which I bought elsewhere, slides into half the USB port, and fits in my wallet) I can listen to music on any of my computers at home or at work without having to clog up space on every computer.

The card works fine with my Samsun Omnia. The file transfer is slow when it comes to large (~300mb) files. I havent tested it with small file transfers but when moving video files it crawls. Cant wait to find a class 6 to get rid of this snail.

Before you all flame me for complaining its slow. Ive tested it moving the files from the computer to the phone and from a usb drive to the phone. Also tested using a card reader and it still crawls.

Giving it 4 stars because I knew the class 2 card would be slow but it does its job like its suppose to without corruptions or hickups.

Bought this card for cheap additional space on my Dell Mini 9 netbook. Was only $29 (seller was BlueProton). Another person on here stated they received a fake SD card so I called SanDisk to verify authenticity and looks like I received a real/authentic SanDisk. Very fast card, I have most of my programs stored on this card, the load a little slower but run fine once opened. Great price for fast 16gb of space

I bought this CF card for the sole purpose of replacing my iPod Mini's 4GB microdrive.

It worked right out of the box. Now I got 16GB inside my iPod and turned my Mini into a flash based player now.

Been a slow device and without constant writes (like a DSLR), I don't know how this card stands against the competition. Since, for my DSLR I get known brands and speedy cards, even if they cost much more.

If you want something cheap and don't plan on using them on middle to high-end products that depend on speedy writes this will fit your device just nicely.

Customer Review: Ok if free or cheap, works but has design problems
I got this as "freebie" with a 16GB card. Mine has the red "working light", which is handy to remind me I've got a removable device attached.

Vista reacts a bit strangely to it with requests to "insert media", but if you ignore that (like you ignore most of Vista's overkill granny messages), it works fine as a removable drive. (I don't swap cards when it is in the laptop, so don't know if that in fact works.) Mostly use it with the same card in it.
Seems to be quite fast and reliable.

However, like others, I'm a bit queasy about the construction: the plastic case is extremely thin; if you even lightly pinch the case in the middle over the circuitry, it gives and "crackles". The edges where the caps fit and card is inserted are also very thin and look like they'd be easily chipped.

The caps are easily lost/misplaced (I've had to search through the covers when using laptop in bed and absentmindedly put cap down on the bed instead of night table. Thankfully, I don't have a cat, which would probably think the cap was a great toy.) Also the caps pull off very easily; I keep the device in a small pocket in my laptop case, and sometimes the cap comes off when I pull the device out and it happens that I've only got hold of the cap.

I also tend to try to insert it in the port upside down half the time.

And it was just shipped in a light bubblewrap envelope, little protection considering how the thing probably wouldn't survive much pressure on the sides. Like other reviewers, I'm not impressed with the shipping practices.

I might get another if it were a freebie again, and the shipping & handling weren't outrageous.

I have ordered two 4gb SDHC cards and this was a special offer(free) to go with it. When I checked them out, they charged $16 for s/h. Then I realized that it wasn't free after all.

Last time I shopped the similar one, they offered the blue card reader, with a red LED light that shows the transfer of your files to USB port. This black one does not have that simple feature.

This one or the blue one, while plugged into USB, the cap is being separated and hence very easy to be missing.

When I contacted BlueTron to explain about the overcharge, they ignored my question for 14 days, and, when I left a negative feedback to their profile, they wrote me back, still refusing to explain why but to simply ask me to return them if it was faulty. I never said neither item was faulty. It shows how poor they run their business. Don't get fooled like I did. Spend money for something better, not for this deceptive freebie offer.

A cap does not tightly close the USB mouth. This increases a likelihood of losing the cap (not surprisingly, if you go to Corsair website, one of the most frequent request is to get a cap). Dust can gather around the mouth if the cap is lost, which potentially damages the USB drive or shortens the life. I indeed lost a cap at some point, not because of my forgetfulness but because of this particular design defect if you will. I gave one star mainly because the USB drive failed to function after less- than-a-year use. After submitting the case online, sending the broken USB drive, and getting a new replacement, I have an impression that a Corsair customer service is not well streamlined. For example, I expect them to repair the broken USB drive, but they did replacement only, which disabled me to retrieve the lost data. Anyway, if it happens to you, call them instead of submitting the case online, and tell them exactly what you want them to do.

Customer Review: Bigger is not better
I got this 16GB drive to replace my 4GB Cruzer titanium, which was fantastic. Since it was a Cruzer Titanium, I thought that it would be just as good as the 4GB but it is not. The 16GB Cruzer is VERY slow. When I work on saved Publisher files, it keeps hanging up and takes a long time to save. I also use the U3 technology and mainly run Firefox. On the 4GB it zooms while on the 16GB, it crawls. It keeps hanging up and takes very long to switch between tabs and load the pages. When I scroll down, it slows down. I am very disappointed in this product. The outside shell is smoother than the previous models, but it does not mater. Even the orange LED does not matter. The main problem is that this drive is so slow. SanDisk can make a great product, as the 4GB, I don't know what went wrong here. It was so bad that I went back to my 4GB and breathed a sigh of relief. I also purchased the 8GB titanium, on which the reviews were great. Don't waste your money on this drive!

Not even close to the advertised speed - It takes forever to read and write files to this thing. Blue light or amber light doesn't matter if you have to watch it for so long - they're both bad. I have a 8GB and I'm going back to it.

Writting a large number of files, it seems to just stop to catch it's breath, even with write caching enabled.

Very disappointed with SanDisk for this. Up until now, I've been very happy with the 4 other Titaniums I have

If I can't return this, then I'll give it to my son.

Customer Review: Poor Quality
Purchased card and used with Canon Rebel XTI. Card would corrupt 2-3 images out of every 100. Tried reformatting etc. and finally called the retailer. Initially told my camera could not handle this capacity card then when I pointed out it's done fine with Lexar/Kingston cards, I was told they would replace it. Replacement did the same thing! If you can tolerate loosing 2-3% percent of your photos this is a cheap card with large storage capacity.
Customer Review: Use with my 40D
I use this with my 40D and it works great. I can still burst just as fast and long, but dumping the cache from the camera to the card does take longer than my faster cards. I love it though, because I can shoot all day in RAW and never, ever worry about space. It says 999 images can still be taken, even after I've taken a couple hundred in RAW. Love it. Really inexpensive considering it could be your main card in your cam, like for me. I have backup cards in case though (6 san Disk 4GB ultra III) so I can shoot while traveling and not have to bring a laptop. that saves a ton of space!!!!

Customer Review: Reliable, sturdy but cumbersome and heavy
Having used the 8GB version for over a year I upgraded to this one recently as my main backup for my work files. It seems just a touch slower than the 8GB model but still quite fast. Very dependable, no lost files or strange data quirks that I have found. However, the drive is relatively large, has no way to attach a lanyard (hence the nice leather pouch that comes with it) and is heavy due to steel back. Comes with useful U3 software for backup and running apps from drive. All in, it is more than worth the money -- and it is one of the best looking drives out there - but less convenient to use than cruzer micro or rally2 (which I also own). Also the plug tends to retract if you have a tight usb port to push into (you learn to hold the sides awkwardly to prevent this).

I brought this product along with my Canon HF100 last Sep 08. I've been using it ever since and is happy about my purchase (bought mine for $32).

Realiable so far and infact i've been using it not only in my vidcam but also as a backup for my laptop files (videos, mp3s and documents).

1st one died with minimal use (too late to return to store). Contacted Adata about warranty. They required copy of receipt and photo of front and back of the card. They did accept jpeg via email but definitely save your receipt. Sent my bad card in and got brand new replacement card. Tried using it and it is DOA. My card reader works fine with Kingston and Sandisk sdhc. I've only had 2 sdhc failures and both were with adata 4gb turbo sdhc. Probably giving up on the warranty service as getting bad cards as replacement is just not worth the time.

Customer Review: Bad news -- flimsy junk, dead after 5 weeks
The bad reviews of the Transcend TS16GJFV10 JetFlash V10 USB 2.0 16GB Flash Drive are all right on the money. On opening this I was surprised to see how flimsy the drive was -- the plastic case flexed easily between thumb and forefinger, and because the case was see through I could see that all the chips and internal electronics were beneath without any further protection. Contrast this with the ScanDisk Cruzer drives which are encased in aluminium beneath the outer shell.

Still, as long as it worked and I was careful with it then no problem I thought -- fool me. 5 weeks after purchase it started playing up -- files inaccessible or corrupted, large (GB-size) error files appearing that could not be removed, directories completely emptied of files. I lost stacks of data from this drive.

Regrettably, we bought this from Tiger Direct whose draconian 30 day guarantee policy results in such purchases going in the bin.

Do yourself a favour -- don't buy this drive (or indeed anything from Transcend, on the basis of what I have seen). If you must, then buy it from a reputable seller like Amazon that at least has a reasonable period of guarantee and an appropriate return policy for such badly manufactured technology as this...

Customer Review: great value, one tiny problem
I bought this product because it was the cheapest one I cold find. It works perfectly and fits well on my key ring, which is where I keep it.

To use the product, you need to slide the plug out with a little slider on the side, which exposes the plug. It has a stop at the 'in' and 'out' position, but the one at the 'in' position does not work very well. this results in the plug being partly exposed most of the time. It's a minor thing, and it has not affected the performance in the month or so that I have been using it, but it's something to keep in mind.

I'm a photojournalist who bought the Lexar 16 gig UDMA card for my new Canon 5D Mark II. I've had occasion to use the card on a variety of assignments and for spot news during the Stanford Financial meltdown.

The card is perfect, never a hint of bogging down or image corruption no matter how fast I shoot. This is partly due to the camera, of course, but the fast write speed of the Lexar keeps up when shooting those massive 21 megapixel images or high def video. I also appreciate that Lexar lets you download "Image Rescue 3" for free when you buy the card.

Don't waste your money if you are using an older or "prosumer" camera; they probably will perform the same with a card costing half the price. Lexar designed this pricey bad boy for high-end pro cameras.

Customer Review: 13,200 small basic photos on my Nikon D90. WOW!
With an amazing camera like the Nikon D90 that even with small and basic picture size settings you have an amazing picture quality, you can snap 13,200 pictures on this memory card! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. In addition to that, I used it in the Amazon (in Colombia's amazing jungle) with large RAW + basic settings and I was able to take 3 photos per second to the pink and grey dolphins jumping in the Amazon river. I was more than happy buying this card. It's not leaving my D90!

I recently purchased a Canon Vixia HF100 camcorder and knew the files would be HUGE, so I was looking for the fastest downloaded setup I could find.

With the Lexar Pro UDMA Dual-Slot USB Reader and this SanDisk card, I was getting about 10MBps, so I purchased SanDisk's new multi-card-reader that promises 35MBps performance (the SDDR-189-A20) and found myself only getting 17MBps.

Later I discovered that if you really dig thru the SanDisk forums (and robgalbraith dot com), you will find that there is only ONE card reader that promises 30MBps performance from this specific card and that is the SanDisk SDDR-199-A20 and NOT the seemingly identical-but-having-more-slots SDDR-189-A20.

I just order the SDDR-199-A20, so I will have to give an update later, however the SDDR-199-A20 never came up on my earlier searches at amazon.com, until I entered the model number. Nor does it even mention anything about a speed rating or its unique fondness for this specific card.

To get this work I first put a microSDHC in slot one and formatted it using a PSP slim. Then I took it out of the psp and replaced the microSDHC in slot one with another one and formatted that the same way. The last thing I did was the place both microSDHC cards in and format them at the same time. I believe this will prevent some of the problems I have read about dealing with slot 2 not working and slow downs. Note I am also you two microSDHC cards of the same brand, speed, and size.

So far this has worked great and saved me a lot of money since pro duo cards cost a lot. I have two 8 gb cards that seems to run just as fast as the 4gb pro duo card I replaced this with. The only negative is that the adapter feels cheap but that won't be a problem if you are not moving it around much. Just don't expect it to hold up if you drop something heavy on it or get it wet.

This product is very useful as it helps to break the limitations of memory for MUCH cheaper. I can go on for days how this thing has benefited me. That being said, its a very sensitive device, its very flimsy without the cards inserted and occasionally it hangs up my PSP for an extra second or two when booting up. But you really cant beat the value for the price, as long as you aren't playing rough with this thing, then I'd recommend it 100x over.

Sony has done a great job at designing a flash drive without a cap; it automatically retracts when withdrawn from a USB port. It's very thin and light weight; I can barely feel it hanging around my neck. This drive also works great with Vista's Ready Boost. The only bad thing I have to say about this flash drive is that the price is higher than comparable flash drives and THE LIGHT IS NOT PURPLE!

It's so tiny you barely now it's there. I mean this thing is ridiculously small. I like how easy it is to just pop on your key-chain and forget about it.

PROTECTION:
For those that are concerned with not having a cap or protection, don't worry about it. Short of a swim through salt water or getting run over it's gonna hold, USB chips are ultra durable and don't need a tank like case around it to protect.

DATA TRANSFER:
I did not experience the lag time that the other reviewer had. I transferred 10gb somewhere around 60 seconds from my Macbook. If you really can't wait that long, then you probably are a super-spy trying to steal away files. On the plus side you could swallow it with no problems since its teeny.

In short, I love it. Granted I hate seeing the exposed gold foil but its more for aesthetic reasons than anything of notable concern.

Works great with my Canon HF100 video cam. Fast and no problems. Being a class 6, it's about as fast as you're gonna get. I bought two of them and filled them both up. I own a number of other cards that are class 6 and I can't really tell a difference between them as far as speed or pic quality. Nothing more to say, except for it seems to be a better deal buying two 8gb than one 16gb for now.

It is water resistance, but not water proof. Unlike the Sandisk, this one is not MAC compatible. And it broke into two pieces after I left it in my camera bag, and under a 5LBS Canon SLR. I am sure it was not dropped to the ground, but with only 5LBS weight on top of it and it broke, this is not good quality.

I bought this flash drive as a small backup soulution for my mom after her computer crashed. She has a mac (typical itard) and this usb drive didn't work out of the box (or should I say plastic clamwrap?) It was a simple matter of reformating the drive to FAT32 to get it working. Now she uses iBackup to backup all her stuff. The Flash Drive works great, and looks awesome. I would recommend it to anyone looking for 31.7 Gigabytes of space. ;)

I am not a techie, so for information on specs, you'll have to scroll on and read someone else's review. What I can tell you is that I'm an ameture photographer with limited means who wanted something simple, functional, and compact for my purposes and that's exactly what I got with the FS11.

The video camera was bought as a companion for a Nikon D80, so I cannot speak for the photography function as I never use it.

The video camera (for the price) works extremely well in all lighting conditions. In dim/dark/spotlit areas, it has trouble pulling focus as you zoom closer, but that's to be expected for the price range of the model. The video quality in low light does have some noise, but it isn't anything that will distract you upon re-viewing unless you are specifically looking for it.

For all intents and purposes, it is exactly what I wanted- something small enough to shove into my D80's camera bag (it is smaller than some of the lenses I own- and very light) that could be brought out, loaded in a flash, and start recording my favorite moments while on vacation.

*Buy an extra battery pack and keep it with you.* Good advice for any photographer, but in this case practically a necessity as the camera tends to wind down long before you have filled the memory.

I originally had a 4GB, 2MB per second SD card that I used with my Nikon D80 SLR. The form factor and capacity were ok, but I never quite got the rapid fire shooting I thought I should. At first, I blamed the camera and even considered exchanging it.

I recently replaced that card with this 16MB 6MB/second card and what a difference! Not only can I now take 1300 pictures at the cameras highest resolution, but clearly the slow part of my camera was my old memory card. With this new card, I am able to just hold down the shoot button and take photo after photo in rapid-fire!

I have had some friends complain about card failures, but I have never had a problem with a Panasonic card.

I have had no problems with this card and have been using it exhaustively now for over a month. I highly suggest it.

This memory is faster than cheaper brands advertised as class 6 and Amazon's price point on this item makes it worth the few bucks extra. Videos play back with lifelike quality vs some other cheaper cards. It's worth the price to get the best!

the 16GB and for the class 6. look closely at most SD, and SDHC cards even those offered by Kingston or Transcend, and SanDisk. You will see that there are 2, 4, class cards and which means that they read and write data slower. The A-DATA card is rated at class 6. You will have a shorter wait time when saving photos you just takin on your camera. If you are looking for a good 16GB Class 6 card for takin photography or video recording this is it. This will outperforms other cards because of its class 6 speed. And with the 16GB storage it can hold a lot of photography. In my FujiFilm FinePix S2000HD it can hold (3304 on {10MP}F and 6234 on {10MP}N) (set it on {5MP} you get 11844) and over 21000 on {2MP} 16:9. Customer Review: Ok now, but had some initial Vista problems with it
The Jumpdrive Secure II Plus has a lot of nice features to it, but I had some initial problems with it.

SOFTWARE
When you plug the drive into your computer, nothing really happens--it didn't autoload any software. Like any USB stick, you can just drag and drop files onto it. However, if you want to use the security features, there are a couple of folders that you dig through to double click the SecureII program. This takes a few seconds and loads the Secure program into your taskbar for easy access. The program window is small, and lets you encrypt files individually, or create password protected Vaults (folders) to store multiple sensitive files. When you create a new Vault (it takes several minutes to create large ones), you must then input the password and mount it as a separate virtual drive under My Computer. From this newly mounted drive files can be dragged, dropped and automatically encrypted. Exiting the program "logs out" and unmounts the virtual drive so the USB stick can be removed. The interface is pretty simple. You can also "shred" files when you are done with them using the program window. The software is part of the USB stick, so it's always on there no matter what computer you try to access your data through.

HARDWARE
The actual device feels solid. The cap stays on tight and has a little hole on the top if you wanted to feed a piece of string through it as lanyard (not included). The LED display on the outside is a nice touch to keep track of how much space is free on the drive, but it's not really necessary and the warranty on the display only lasts a year. Note that when you create a 4GB Vault, but only load 1GB of data in there, it still appears as if you used 4GB because the Vault "container" still physically takes up 4GB space on the USB stick. But that extra 3GB of unused space is still available when you enter the password and mount the drive.

PROBLEMS/SHORTCOMINGS
I had a couple problems with the Jumpdrive Secure II Plus. First, it "works" with Vista, but for me I had complications. When I bought the device, I was able to use it as a normal USB drive to drag and drop files onto it and I could encrypt individual files. However, I was unable to create a password protected Vault because the software said I needed to be logged in as an Administrator. I was logged in as an Administrator on both Vista Home Premium and Vista Business computers and it did not work. I was going to return the drive, but I tried it on a Windows XP Pro machine first. Here I was finally able to create a Vault. Once that first password protected Vault was created, I could could go back to my Vista computers, enter the password, and drag files into it. Additionally, I could now create new Vaults with my Vista computers and use the device as originally intended. I have no idea why is this the case, but it was highly annoying.

One other thing to note is that Jumpdrive Secure II uses FAT32 as it's partition format, and as a result, you can only create Vaults that are 32MB to 4GB in size. You can create multiple Vaults on the drive, but they all have that size restriction. Not a deal breaker to me because I can separate out my files, but it would be nice to put everything into one Vault folder.

SUMMARY
Overall, after the initial Vista problem the Jumpdrive Secure II Plus does what I want it to do at a relatively affordable price. Lots of other password protecting USB sticks cost much more per GB. I don't know if my Vista problem is a unique one, or if your Vista machine will encounter the same troubles, but it is something to be wary of and prevents a 5-star rating.

Customer Review: Cheap, efficient, and works the way it's supposed to
If you look at all SanDisk models, they all are programmed to bug you about the U3 software. Most of the people I've listened to DO NOT WANT U3, they had trouble removing it, and they generally had problems with the entire idea. Plus some people wrote reviews to the extent that it actually crashed their computer (this happened to me once when I tried to remove the nagware, but thankfully the ads seemed to be gone with the reboot). This on the other hand works the way it's supposed to getting recognized by the computer, and using storage files easily. Unlike CDs or DVDs, this also lets you rewrite files straight on the drive (this is a real blessing, as it means if the flash drive is big enough, you could potentially play games as though you had more memory than you have). Compare this to U3 which sounds to me like a glorified Autoplay, which eats memory as well.

It's also pretty cheap, ranging from under $5 on amazon (I got gypped by our library) to just under $42 for the top model.

Efficiency comes in the the design process, it is set up so that instead of pushing something in to extend (and running the risk of the lever breaking or it popping out again), you simply take the cap off and jam it in. It takes virtually no energy and runs programs well, and even has a key chain hole which is well placed (some flashdrives have an extended hole, meaning the narrow strip of plastic or metal could potentially break, but this is firmly designed to be covered by not only a long plastic rectangle, but reinforced with casing.

Overall a good product, the only complaints being that sometimes the back casing slides, and that I wish I'd bought the higher storage version (1GB I bought).

GUESS WHAT, I tested the NON PRO "Verbatim Store 'n' Go USB Flash Drive 16GB" and the performance came out to be the same. I have performed a benchmark test using SisSoftware Sandra Lite. the results are as follows

When transferring a 2MB file
Reads: 27955kB/s
Writes: 7168kB/s

When transferring a 64MB file
Reads: 27307kB/s
Writes: 12015kB/s

CONCLUSION: Don't waste your money buying the so called pro drive, becoz I think this one is just as fast as the pro drive, in fact I suspect they even use the same chip, just that the pro drive is advertise to be super fast to get more $$ out of ur pocket. Benchmark testing is one thing, in real life scenario, I find the drive to be extremely fast and reliable.

I really like this flash drive. The price and 16gb capacity is a big selling point and I personally use it on a daily basis. However, it is a bit slower than some other flash drives, and it doesn't format with NTFS (That's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars), but overall, it's a really nice flash drive and I would recommend it to anyone.

I'll start by saying I'm happy with this phone, it does have good looks, works great as a PDA, but need some work as a phone. In short:

Cons

1. The caller id shows who is calling, but why does it has to be so small when u have this neat big screen
2. I already lost my stylus, it shouldn't be that hard to find a place to put it, the HTC already solved it.

Overall the hardware is great, but the software needs some work.
Customer Review: Great styling but a terrible user interface
Let me start by saying I was a bit of an idiot to buy this as a phone. It's a PDA with a not-very-easy phone function. I won't bore you with everything that I don't like about this device. In short, while it looks very cool, the user interface is terrible. The touch screen is not at all finger friendly, i.e., you never know what you're going to get when you touch the smaller icons (and some are really, really small). The Windows software is also pretty poor .. it takes a lot of clicks to get where you want to go and there's very little about it that you could call intuitive. But mainly, I just wanted a phone that I could also use to do my e-mails and browse one or two web sites (like stock tickers). I got sucked in to buying the Omnia by the iPhone hype (except I don't like Apple) and by the looks of this one (I normally do like Samsung). This is just a clumsy uber-functional gadget that ultimately is way more annoying than useful.

First time using a GPS and found it much easier than anticipated. Took it for a test drive and found that its knowledge of local shortcut was a little weak, but it does get you where you need to go. Don't get concerned by the French instructions loose in the box. The English instructions were in a packet with the warranty information.
